But later on he had started repairing work of Oil engines and manufacturing of Piston rings. But after seeing German make Bandsaw machine during his visit to

But the real growth came when Mr. Hansrajbhai & Mr.Bhagavanjibhai - Mechanical Engineers - both are the son of Mr. Liladharbhai Laxmanbhai Umrania – came as Directors of the company.
They had put brand name “ Laxsons” in the market and put their best efforts to make “ Laxsons” as prestigious Brand name in machine tools market.
They remained in office till 1990 , When “ Laxsons” Brand had captured maximum market share of Bandsaw machines in the machine tools market . There was pending orderes of more than 100 machines and All family members had make controversial decision of Division in the company .
From 1990 onwards , Mr. Bhagavanjibhai Umrania had decided to keep going on the Business of “ Mistry Laxman Kadva & Sons “.
Till than , We have nonstop growth in Bandsaw machine manufacturing . We have achieved a new height in Bandsaw machine technology . Our Brand name “ Maxmen” become synonyms for Metal cutting Bandsaw machine in the market. We have tried to give 100% satisfaction to our valued custmors . because of that we have more than 6000 installations all over India & abroad.
For getting feedback suggestions and Direct interaction with our valued custmors , we are regularly participating in International & National Exhibition . During Exhibition , we are always tried to get suggestions to improve our product quality.
At present, The Son of Mr. Bhagavanjibhai Umrania – Mr. Sunjay Umrania is working as C.E.O. of the company .His brief Biodata is as stated below.
Qualifications: He is graduate in Mechanical Engineering with specialization of Instrumentation & Control .He has passed his brillient education carrier throughout with first class with Distinction .
Area Of Interest: Design & Development Of Bandsaw Machine. He Is Also Monitoring Quality Control And Production Department.
Experience: He Was A Ex-Director - Technical & Production Dept. Of Bandsaw Machine Manufacturing Family Unit M/S.Mistry Laxman Kadva & Sons ,Which Was Closed In 90’s.
He Has Got The 20 Years Experience In Machine Design , Development And Production Field Of Bandsaw Machine Manufacturing.
At Present Company Has The Production Capacity Of 100 Machines Per Month. We Are Planning To Increase It Upto 150 Machines Per Month.
