MAXMEN METAL SAWING CO. has been designing and manufacturing Horizontal metal cutting bandsaw machines since 1960. The Great Grand father late Sri Laxmanbhai Kadvabhai Umrania was the pioneer & founder of the company. He was Goldsmith & was doing Reapairing work of Oil engine & its parts .From his childwood he was hard worker & enthusiastic to make new developments .
The Bandsaw machine , when he had seen first time of “GERMAN DESIGN MAKE“ during his visit to GERMANY .At that time only he had decided to make such machine . Since than , its become family business and now third generation is in office .
The company is based in Gujarat, India. It has behind it, more than 40 years of expertise and experience in metal-cutting technology in general, and Bandsaw machines in particular. The machines are manufactured as per German design specifications & standards.
Whatever the Company has achieved to date, has been made possible because the visionary capacity of its CEO – Mr.Sunjay Umrania. He is the former director of the Technical & Production Dept. in Mistry Laxman Kadva & Sons. He has behind him, 20 years of experience in bandsaw machine design, development, production and marketing. He has successfully taken the Laxmen brand to heights never scaled before.
Bandsaw machines are the basic need for any machine tools industry. Because metal-cutting is the primary process for any metal-work. Once the metal has been cut to its required length, a host of other processes can be executed. Such as turning, shaping, grinding, milling and drilling.
Having been in this Industry for over 40 years now, we have acquired a distinct edge. Little wonder then, that we were the pioneers to launch the hinged/pivot swing-type bandsaw machine in India.
Looking into the present boom in the steel industry, one can safely predict a greater demand for metal-cutting bandsaw machines. All that remains to be done, is to fulfil this demand with a quality product, and quality service!
